HOW IT WORKS

Your trip begins with a 30-minute complimentary consultation via phone or Zoom with one of our travel advisors. This conversation allows us to understand your travel goals, preferences, and overall vision.

From there, we’ll recommend the best way to work together—whether that’s complimentary hotel or cruise booking, or full-service concierge itinerary planning, designed to match the level of customization and support your trip requires.

For clients moving forward with full-service planning, a dedicated travel team is assigned to research, design, and manage the details of your journey from start to finish.

Regardless of how you choose to work with us, AWAY. Travel is committed to delivering a thoughtful, concierge-level experience. Our goal is to ensure your trip feels seamless, well-curated, and effortless from planning through return.

For more involved trips, such as custom itineraries, multi-city journeys, or air travel coordination, planning fees may apply depending on the scope of work. Any fees are always discussed upfront, so there are no surprises.

Depending on the property and travel dates, we may be able to secure preferred or unpublished rates, along with added benefits:
